Social media has an increasingly important role to play when building recruitment company according to a social recruiting survey carried out by Jobvite. The results of the study have shown that over 90 per cent of recruiters intend on using social media to recruit in the coming months.
Of the most common social platforms, LinkedIn remains the leading force as 93 per cent turn to it to identify and contact potential candidates. Twitter and Facebook have also seen an increase in recruitment activities.
