Lord Search & Selection has been in operation since 1992 and over recent years has seen demand for our interim services grow. As a result this caused the need for a more consistent cash flow, as well as efficiencies within the back office caused by the additional administration.

For several years we worked with one of the banks, using their invoice factoring solution, however felt that, although they supported our initial requirements, they were not able to meet our future needs. This was especially apparent with increase in demand for interims from our clients.

Sonovate first came to our attention through their online marketing, so we decided to approach them to see what they could offer us.

Their technology allows us to clearly see the money coming in and out of our business, including the ability to see what payments were being made. The back office is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. Another benefit is that we are able to quickly produce a variety of reports, including HMRC reports.

The biggest change we have seen in our day-to-day working is the amount of time Sonovate has saved us.

They’ve taken over the administration workload, from contracts and timesheets to payroll and as a result, our team are able to focus their time and energy on what matters the most.
