The recruitment process
Step 1: Getting to know each other
Review application against open role. Learn about each other, skills, experience, values & behaviours.
Step 2: Matching technical skills & experience
Hiring manager will review CV and experience. If successful, invite to first stage interview.
Step 3: Final interview stage
Meeting you 'face to face' in either of our offices or remotely via Zoom. You may be asked to prepare for a technical assessment or exercise in either step 2 or 3.
Step 4: Feedback stage
Our Talent Acquisition team will call you to obtain your feedback, share ours with you, and let you know the next steps.
Onboarding
Once you share all of your relevant documents, I will draw up and send your contract, links so you can complete the background screening checks and make contact with referees on your behalf. On starting with us I will go through a training session with you around our platforms and assist with your onboarding.
I will also host an Onboarding session with you in your first weeks; a brief introduction to the company, who we are, our values and any other useful information you may need. Along with the wider People team, I will be on hand throughout your life cycle at Sonovate to answer any HR related queries and support you with your employment.
